New Residence Hall - Caldwell Hall

In August of 2004 construction began on a $9.25 million residence hall for SDSU.  The hall is located north of Young Hall and houses approximately 300 students.  The facility has a suite style design with each suite having two 2-person bedrooms and a common bathroom.  The suites are also able to accommodate students with special accessibility needs.  The Residential Life offices will also be moving over to the new facility which has a completion date of December 2005.  The architects for the project are Lightowler-Johnson from Fargo and the contractor is First Dakota Enterprises out of Pierre.
